Prof. Arya Bhushan Shukla

Prof. Arya Bhushan Shukla (A B Shukla) is an astrologer, administrator, spiritual guide and currently Hon. National President of Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS). He is serving as President of ICAS since 2008 and has been responsible for its growth and development. 

Belonging to the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the Government of India.

He was chief coordinator of Indian Knowledge System [Bharatiya Jnana Parampara], Ministry of Education, Government of India.  Presently he is heading Department – Bhartiya Vidya Pariyjna at Indira Gandhi National Center of Arts, under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Fundamental principles of astrology like structure of kundali, why the first house of horoscope is owned by Mars, badhaka, exceptions to Arudha calculation etc. have been explained by him through his deep understanding of ancient scriptures. ETP or Event Time Prediction is an innovation of Sri Shukla which draws its sustenance from Nature.

Prof. Shukla draws on the teachings of Lord Krishna and has demonstrated how to identify the Central Plan of Previous Life (CPPL).
